The Local is pleased to announce that the Regional Office is holding a Spring 5 Day Regional Educational to be held from Sunday Apr. 28th/19 to Friday May 3rd/19 at the Holiday Inn & Suites Ambassador Bridge, Windsor.
Unionism on Turtle Island:
The purpose of this course is to build meaningful, long-term relationships with and among Indigenous peoples inside and outside of our workplaces, with the aim of supporting decolonization of indigenous peoples and increasing indigenous peoples’ representation at work and in the union.

All requests to attend this educational must be submitted to the Local by 12 noon on Monday March 25th/19. Do to the fact that the Local is only allowed to send 1 delegate to this Educational the Local Education Committee will review all applicants and submit 1 name to Regional.
The Regional Executive Committee will have the final decision on who is selected to attend this Educational.
