COURSE: UNIONISM ON TURTLE ISLAND
The purpose of this course is to build meaningful, long-term relationships with and among Indigenous peoples inside and outside of our workplaces, with the aim of supporting decolonization of indigenous peoples and increasing Indigenous peoples’ representation at work and in the union.
The L.E.C. (Local Education Committee) will review all applications.
The R.E.C. (Regional Executive Committee) will review all applications and make its final decision as to who the successful applicant are by utilizing the following criteria:
- Gender Parity
- Equity Groups
- Local Needs and Size
- Discussions with the Local Executives
