The calendar year for the allocation and payout of Personal Days begins on July 1 and ends on
June 30 of the following year. You can visit Employee Self Service (ESS) > Time Management on
lntrapost to view your Personal Day quota. You have options to manage your unused Personal Days:

• To be paid out, no action is required. All remaining eligible Personal Days will automatically
be paid out on August 13, 2026, and be subject to all applicable taxes and deductions.
• To carry over up to five eligible unused Personal Days. To carry over 100% of your eligible
remaining balance, you are advised to use the Carry Over Tool from June 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026.
• To carry over some Personal Days (up to five eligible unused days) and receive a payout for
others. You must use the Carry-over Tool on ESS between July 1, 2026, and July 14, 2026.
