We received an update about Simply Voting.
For today, there will be employee that will take calls live. So if someone is didn’t have a call back, they should call the helpdesk number (1-888-508-6152) (French) and (1-888-507-9875) (English). It is supposed to be the way it will work today.
I would suggest that if people didn’t get a PIN or a call back at 3pm (Ottawa time) to let me know so I will send an email to the CIRB with the names.
