  3. The President shall read the Union’s policy on harassment.
  4. Acceptance and initiation of candidates of the membership, when appropriate.
  5. Roll call of the officers.
  6. Reading and adoption of minutes of the previous regular membership meeting.
  7. Reading of correspondence by the Recording Secretary.
  8. Secretary Treasurer’s Financial Report.
  9. Report of officers and committees.
  10. President’s Report.
  11. Elections and Election Committee, when appropriate.
  12. Unfinished/Old business.
  13. New business.
  14. Adjournment.
