Attached you will find the full text of the Award. I must stress that this is being released to ensure that there is complete transparency. I am sure that there will be many questions with regards to its interpretation. Do I have all the answers at this time..No I do not. I myself have not fully read it or deciphered the award. National is suppose to be sending out the breakdown of the award, as to how it affects RSMC’s, in the near future. When I receive that posting I will share with it with you. I do not believe in making “guesses” as to what this award means. I would prefer to have facts to ensure that all members understand the full meaning of this award.
